## Job description
- 负责AI驱动的增长产品规划与设计，结合机器学习、自然语言处理等技术，构建智能化的用户增长与产品体验解决方案。
- 主导AI产品从需求分析、算法协作到工程落地的全流程，确保产品技术实现与业务目标高度一致。
- 深入分析用户数据与行为模式，运用数据挖掘与预测模型，持续优化AI产品的核心指标与增长效果。
- 协调算法、研发、设计等多团队资源，推动AI产品迭代与创新，建立产品在智能化领域的竞争优势。
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先，5年以上产品经验，其中至少2年专注于AI/数据产品领域。
- 熟悉常见的AI技术栈（如推荐系统、NLP、CV等），具备与算法团队高效协作的能力，能准确将业务需求转化为技术方案。
- 具备出色的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Python等工具进行数据探查与建模，能通过数据驱动产品决策与优化。
- 拥有较强的逻辑思维与创新意识，对AI技术趋势与行业应用有敏锐洞察，能独立负责复杂AI产品的规划与落地。
- 深度参与公司AI战略的核心产品创新，负责从0到1的智能化增长体系建设，拥有广阔的技术与业务成长空间。
- 与优秀的算法、工程团队紧密合作，在实战中积累AI产品全生命周期管理经验，打造本地生活智能产品。
