## Job description
- 负责KA资源策略的制定与拆解，基于市场动态与业务目标将策略转化为可落地的打法，为前线团队提供清晰指引。
- 搭建并迭代资源监控与预警体系，设计资源使用效率与效果指标，开展进度追踪与效果评估，及时输出预警与调整建议。
- 结合KA品牌分层画像，剖析用户交易行为，洞察不同资源类型对交易驱动作用，调优资源分配逻辑，沉淀品牌经营打法。
- 探索KA费效与价格力治理路径，系统性建立资源使用效率评估与优化框架，协同前后线推动治理策略落地，拿到优化结果。 1.大学本科及以上学历，财务、统计学、经济学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2.3年以上策略运营、商业分析或数据分析工作经验，具备互联网或本地生活行业背景，有KA及大客户运营相关经验者优先。 3.具备扎实的数据处理与分析能力，逻辑清晰，数据敏感度高，能够将复杂业务问题拆解为清晰的分析路径并独立产出结论。 4.自驱力强，能够主动识别问题并推进解决；有学习意识和空杯心态，不自我设限。 5.对AI工具保持开放态度，有在实际业务场景中主动探索与应用的经历，具备借助工具提升分析效率的意识和能力。
- 深度参与核心业务决策链路，工作输出直接影响公司级资源策略的制定与业务走向。
- 与业务、运营、财务等多职能团队紧密协作，在实战中快速积累多领域视角与复合能力。
- 在资源策略这一核心领域上获得充分的成长空间与能力沉淀，经验具备长期发展价值。
