## Job description
- 加工运营体系搭建与优化 1）主导生鲜品类的库内加工全流程设计（分拣、清洗、切割、包装、贴标等），确保符合平台品控标准与履约时效要求。 2）建立标准化加工SOP，管理损耗、效率、成本、良品率等核心指标，推动持续改进。 3）通过调整现场布局、动线规划及设备选型，提升人效与坪效。
- 新模式创新与落地 1）探索新品类或新型加工模式，主导试点验证与规模化复制。 2）结合需求，对新模式的加工工艺和加工品质持续优化。
- 供应链协同与资源整合 1）协同采购团队制定原料验收标准，优化加工原料供给稳定性与成本结构。 2）联动一线兄弟团队，确保加工-仓储-配送环节无缝衔接，保障商品鲜度。 1.本科及以上学历，供应链管理、物流管理、精益、食品工程、农业相关专业优先。 2.8年以上生鲜加工管理经验，其中3年以上头部生鲜电商/大型商超/中央厨房加工中心负责人经历。 3.精通果蔬加工工艺、保鲜技术及损耗控制方法论，熟悉冷链加工环境管理。 4.具备从0-1规划并落地新加工能力的案例，能结合业务场景设计高品质、低损耗的加工解决方案。 5.具备指标驱动的意识，有指标设计和运营的能力。 6.熟练使用WMS/ERP系统，具备数据分析能力（SQL/Python加分）。 7.对生鲜品质有更高追求，适应快节奏的工作环境。 8. 掌握基本的AI工具，使用工具提升工作流程效率。 小象业务有较好的发展前景，加工团队在在不断建设新能力拓展新领域，对员工的发展非常利好。
