## Job description
- 负责美团闪购牵牛花Claw的业务策略，结合业务发展需求，制定并落地有竞争力的业务发展路径；
- 挖掘真实场景下用户对AI的真实需求，主导全链路AI业务方案落地；
- 联动产品、研发团队推进AI项目落地，负责需求识别、需求拆解、进度跟进并为产品使用效果负责；
- 跟踪内外部AI趋势及创新工具，结合业务场景引入差异化方案，构建AI竞争优势。
- 具有3年以上产品运营或业务运营工作经历，有深度AI工具使用习惯；
- 对AI有热情，相信AI在业务场景中的价值；
- 逻辑清晰，有一定的业务及技术理解力，能够快速了解和学习复杂系统产品的功能和逻辑；
- 有独立牵引或深度参与AI项目者加分；
- 有即时零售经验加分。 1、我们是一个年轻有活力的团队，团队有明确的成长路径； 2、合作方有自营业务、社会化众多头部商家，能全面且深入的理解即时零售行业，视野广阔，适合提升深度思考能力。
