## Job description
- 深度理解即时零售以及酒品类行业情况，参与制定品类运营计划，有行业产品敏感度；
- 结合品牌发展阶段和痛点，与品牌商共同制定生意经营计划，完成品牌增长目标，为品牌GMV增长及费用投入负责；
- 统筹品牌商在美团闪购营销需求，有效整合多方资源，跨团队协同项目落地，与品牌商共同完成即时零售心智打造；
- 带领品牌共创产出行业成功案例，树立行业标杆。 1、3年以上工作经验，熟知品牌商运营方式，有快消相关行业经验优先，有服务/就职Global头部l企业经验优先； 2、0到1经验，具备较好的商务谈判能力，强结果导向，能独立思考并整合资源，对业务结果负责; 3、善于交流，有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力，有与协同部门等多方密切配合的经验和意识; 4、逻辑清晰，数据分析能力强，有持续学习能力；
- 有较强英文口语能力加分。 即时零售行业前景广阔，提供品牌方视角的生意增长操盘经验。零售已成为美团战略核心，酒品类为美团闪购重点发展品类之一，可以接触到丰富的品牌资源，拓宽视野积累丰富经验。
