## Job description
- 深入理解美团无人机业务场景，探究以类人形具身算法数据采集与算法预训练/后训练的最优配合范式，设计高效的数据闭环方案，以提升具身智能模型在真实物理世界中的泛化能力。
- 针对非结构化环境下的感知与决策难题，研发创新性的具身智能算法，并探索其在无人机/机器人系统中的实际部署边界与应用价值。
- 依托公司真实场景数据与高校合作资源，定义并解决具身智能领域的关键科学问题，参与前沿学术会议的高质量论文产出。

### 负责将AI工具与方法应用于算法研发全流程，提升开发效率与解决方案的智能化水平； 学历背景
- 计算机、自动化、机器人等相关专业毕业，对人工智能、计算机图形学、机器人学有深入的理论理解。

### 编程能力

精通 Python 及 PyTorch 等主流框架，具备扎实的算法实现能力；熟悉 C++ 者优先 科研热情： 对具身智能有浓厚兴趣，具备出色的自驱力，能够主动在复杂外卖场景中挖掘技术价值，而非单纯执行。 熟练运用AI辅助工具（如代码生成、数据分析、模型调优等）进行算法开发与优化； 具备利用AI技术解决复杂工程问题的能力，并能评估其在实际场景中的有效性与局限性。 接触前沿技术落地的实战机会，学术与工业界的双重赋能。
