## Job description

【1】洞察长期的消费趋势和行业变化，跟踪国内外重点行业玩家进展，深入分析和理解用户和商户需求，挖掘机会、识别风险，并面向管理者和各业务输出； 【2】电商、即时零售、广告、生活服务相关的行业分析，完成有一定模糊度、复杂度的专题，发现和探查具有共性的议题，并与核心管理者展开讨论； 【3】以项目共建的方式，与各业务、商分等深度合作，推动战略议题讨论； 【4】注重方法论积累和知识沉淀，帮助各业务间拉通行业认知及判断。 【1】3-5年以上战略行研及经分经验，能够完成中高复杂度的专题分析； 【2】具有极强的自驱力和好奇心，优秀的学习能力、逻辑思维和洞察力，行业分析能力强； 【3】对所在业务/领域的商业逻辑、行业、用户、商家有深刻理解，偏好深潜； 【4】擅长合作，有良好的利他精神，具备优秀的沟通和协同能力。 【1】打造核心本地商业中既有高专业度又接地气的战略研究特种部队； 【2】能够对核心本地商业有更全局的视角和洞察，并与业务合作共赢。
