## Job description
- 对重点客户的深度合作和相关业绩负责，能够和客户建立全方位战略性的合作关系；
- 对客户需求负责，能够深刻理解客户的经营逻辑，针对性给到解决方案。
- 整合内外部资源，挖掘端内场景机会，深化客户服务和营销能力的建设，并能够整合、输出、复制经验，沉淀标准工作流程和数据化的方法论；
- 通过客户的深度合作，提升客户在平台的资源投入，并提升客户平台成交在整体行业中的占比；
- 联合商户打造营销大事件，制定落地方案和传播策略，为平台和客户沉淀更多能力，配合市场团队推动双方品牌形象的打造，提升平台影响力和品牌美誉度。
- 本科以上学历，3-5年以上互联网大客商业化工作经验；具备广告等行业经验优先，有咨询公司背景优先；
- 具备良好的业务开发、拓展、谈判能力，有敏锐的洞察和分析能力，突出的沟通表达能力；
- 有大流量及预算具体操盘经验和成熟的运营方法论，有丰富的媒介策划和营销策划经验者优先；
- 对于互联网平台有深度的理解，对于消费者心态、客户关系管理、品牌主需求、行业竞争现状和广告策略等有深度的理解。
- 敬业度高，自我驱动性强，目标感强，结果导向。 超级大客维护、大客户体系搭建、帮助客户成功
