## Job description
- 负责城市仓内部配送业务运营管理，对指定作业环节或者作业区生产的整体业绩结果达成负责；
- 负责所在部门及区域司机运力的招募、培训、管理，以及第三方合作商的管理；
- 指定作业环节及作业区仓库标品、冻品及生鲜品类的收、存、分、发的操作管理；
- 负责日常司机排线和配送路径规划，按照客户需求按质按量完成配送任务；
- 负责所在部门指定作业环节或者作业区仓储、分拣、配送成本的控制优化；
- 负责指定作业环节或者作业区分拣配送流程优化和模式创新，维持稳定的生产秩序及缺货控制； 1.大专以上学历； 2.3年以上物流或电商行业仓储分拣及配送运营业务经验，至少精通其中一项，了解或熟悉另外一项业务； 3.成熟的一线团队管理经验； 4.熟悉城市配送运力结构和配送模式管理；熟悉WMS/TMS系统逻辑和操作； 5.较强的沟通协调能力； 6.能接受长期晚班； 早期加入生鲜B2B电商领域，与来自电商、物流和商超的精英同仁一同努力，构建供给侧的数字化与智能化
