## Job description
- 输出方法论、模版、标准规范、治理方案，赋能业务线，协同数据产研支持业务线数据治理落地，并对治理成果进行质量验收及效果评估；
- 承接核心本地商业 BR数据治理需求，制定公共指标统一规范（口径、标准流程）、对CLC BR 和各业务BR（BM/BM-1层级）指标名称口径、数据结果一致性负责；
- 承担天机接口人角色，负责天机指标日常口径运维、推动数据接入、口径结果验证，保障天机产品及时展示业务关注的核心指标，且数据与业务线一致。
- 日常熟练使用AI及搭建Skills开展指标治理提效工作。 1.3年以上数据产品相关经验，SQL熟练，对CLC各业务线有一定理解认知，具备快速学习能力，能够精准把握不同业务核心指标需求与应用场景； 2.出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，擅长与各业务线管理层人员高效沟通，能够清晰宣贯指标框架与口径规则，推动指标标准在 CLC 及各业务层面顺利落地； 3.具备优秀的需求对接与答疑能力，善于解决指标细节分歧与问题； 4.熟悉指标体系搭建相关方法论，数据产品优先。
- 具有使用AI工具能力，对指标规范、指标体量优化、相似指标治理、AI口径优化建议治理相关经验者优先。 CLC业务线数据治理，全面覆盖各业务线核心指标内容，能够从CLC整体高度出发，深入了解CLC各业务核心场景与发展趋势，是熟悉公司整体业务的契机，助于个人构建完整的业务认知体系。
