## Job description
- 负责定制食品品类的采购策略制定与执行，确保供应链高效稳定。
- 主导供应商开发、谈判及合同管理，优化成本与交付周期。
- 分析市场趋势与用户需求，制定商品选品及定价策略。
- 协同运营、仓储团队，保障库存健康与订单履约效率。
- 监控销售数据与用户反馈，持续优化商品结构与供应商绩效。 1. 大学本科及以上学历，食品科学、供应链管理或相关专业优先。 2. 3年以上食品采购或采销经验，熟悉定制食品行业优先。 3. 具备供应商管理及谈判能力，熟悉采购全流程。 4. 具备跨部门协作能力，适应快节奏工作环境。
- 参与高增长潜力业务，直接推动公司核心品类发展。
- 接触行业头部供应商资源，提升专业能力与行业视野。
- 灵活办公模式，支持北京或上海双城工作。
- 扁平化管理，快速决策与成长空间。
- 团队年轻化，注重创新与结果导向。
