## Job description
- 根据业务策略，洞察事业部各个部门的发展需求，支持组织架构优化与职责梳理，提供相应解决方案并推动落地。
- 根据业务策略及需求探索并不断迭代长效的组织保障机制，提升组织效能；探索AI工具在组织诊断、人才评估、效能分析等HR场景中的落地应用，推动人机协同工作模式的建立。
- 开展内外部标杆组织及方法论研究、管理机制探索研究及工具迭代，为各团队提供解决方案支持及方案建议；持续跟踪AI时代组织变革趋势，将前沿实践转化为可落地的组织解决方案。
- 具备行业头部公司组织发展经验，对组织发展领域有全面理解，具备组织发展项目实操落地经验。
- 具备极强的学习能力，善于周密思考，能够探索先进经验并输出个性化解决方案。对AI工具有较高敏感度和使用意愿，能够主动将AI应用于工作提效和方案创新。
- 优秀的项目管理及沟通协调能力，能够推动项目落地，拿结果能力突出。
- 极度关注客户，愿意深潜业务，深入理解各个管理场景中的实际痛点和问题，具备较好捕捉问题的能力和判断力。
- 具备AI思维，能够借助AI工具完成组织相关工作，将数据洞察转化为组织建议。
- 亿万级餐饮供应链商业“蓝海”，陪同见证餐饮供应链产业互联网的历史性发展；
- 参与从策略分解到落地执行，组织设计到运行的全链条，能够根据业务需求推进组织保障机制优化，有利于深度实践组织发展的全局过程。
- 所在业务正处于AI规模化应用探索阶段，OD岗位将直接参与AI工具赋能组织、岗位重构、人机协同等前沿命题，是难得的AI+OD实践机会。
