## Job description

### Responsibilities
- Responsible for the expansion and cooperation of on-the-ground merchants in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, identifying potential merchant resources and promoting the implementation of cooperation.
- Maintain existing merchant relationships to enhance merchant activity levels and deepen cooperation.
- Gather market information and merchant feedback to assist in optimizing localized operational strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to complete merchant signing, launch, and daily operational support work.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Possess more than 1 year of experience in business development or merchant expansion related work.
- Possess good communication skills and business negotiation abilities.
- International work environment, exposure to diverse cultural teams and merchants.
- Clear career development path and growth opportunities.
- Competitive performance incentive mechanisms.
- Participation in emerging market expansion, accumulating cutting-edge business experience.
