## Job description

### 行业洞察与选品
- 持续扫描 AI/SaaS 市场动态，调研商家经营痛点，建立服务市场 AI 工具的选品标准与供给准入体系，识别具备大规模推广潜力的工具产品。

### 代运营 AI 化推进
- 聚焦 AI 取代/提效三方代运营的核心场景（投放优化、评价回复、活动配置等），联动服务商定义"AI 辅助交付"标准化服务包，持续跟踪渗透效果并迭代优化。

### 工具上架与运营
- 推动 AI/SaaS 工具在服务市场落地，完成收费模式、展示形式的适配改造；策划宣教内容与种子用户运营，建立"使用—反馈—迭代"闭环。

### AI 工具分销推进
- 对接商家端产品，推动内部AI产品上架；联动服务商与连锁业务部推进 AI 工具分销，扩大工具渗透覆盖面。 1. 3 年以上互联网运营或产品经验，有本地生活、餐饮、电商等行业背景优先 2. 对 AI 产品有实际使用经验，能理解 AI Agent、LLM 工具的能力边界与应用场景；有服务商、ISV 或 SaaS 渠道合作经验者优先 3. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能独立设计运营策略并量化追踪效果；良好的跨团队协作与推动能力，能在多方利益格局中有效落地项目
- 参与AI前沿品类布局，推动平台在智能科技领域的战略发展。
- 与行业头部品牌及创新企业深度合作，拓展业务边界。
- 扁平化管理，快速成长空间，具备高度业务自主权。
