## Job description
- 负责美团里白酒店大客户开发工作，制定并执行开发计划，完成销售指标；
- 负责拓展大客户资源，建立并维护客户关系，提升客户满意度；
- 负责团队管理，指导和培训团队成员，提升团队绩效；
- 负责与内部相关部门沟通协调，确保项目顺利推进。
- 大学专科以上学历，市场营销、酒店管理等相关专业优先；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力；
- 熟悉酒店行业，有大客户开发经验者优先；
- 具备较强的商业敏感度和谈判能力；
- 具备一定的酒店开发专业能力和团队合作精神。
