## Job description
- 负责大众点评App的性能优化工作，提高性能、稳定性和用户体验。
- 参与App性能优化AI能力建设，通过AI提升性能优化效率，提升用户体验。
- 基于大模型构建性能、稳定性日志智能归因能力，将性能问题定位从人工排查升级为AI辅助自动定位。
- 分析和评估现有系统的性能问题，并提出解决方案，进行代码优化和性能调优。
- 跟踪和研究移动端开发领域的新技术和趋势，不断提升团队的开发技能和能力。
- 扎实的计算机专业基本功，强大的编程能力
- 精通iOS或Android客户端的设计与开发，熟练掌握APP性能、稳定性等非功能属性相关的技术
- 有较强的逻辑/概率思维能力，善于分析、归纳、描述、沟通和解决问题
- 具备业务敏感度和技术投入度，致力于用技术手段促进业务发展
- 有大模型辅助性能问题定位实践经验者优先（如大模型辅助性能/稳定性日志归因、性能指标异常自动检测），能将AI融入日常性能优化工作流
- 深度参与AI×性能优化前沿方向，探索空间大
- 良好的技术氛围，有定期的技术分享和培训
- 工程师文化，技术能充分参与到产品设计里
- 工作地点灵活，支持北京或上海办公
