## Job description
- 跟踪国内外前沿 AI 产品及技术趋势，形成行业洞察和产品判断，为团队决策提供输入；
- 深入理解协同办公场景，识别可通过 AI 重构或提升效率的关键机会；
- 将行业洞察和用户需求转化为产品方案，协同算法、研发、设计和运营团队推动落地；
- 建立 AI 产品的体验与效果评估标准，结合用户反馈和数据持续迭代；
- 推动跨团队协作与共识建立，保障关键项目高质量交付。
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上AI产品相关工作经验；
- 具备互联网产品经验，有企业服务、协同办公、知识管理、搜索或效率工具经验者优先；
- 理解大语言模型的基本能力、局限和应用方式，能够与算法及工程团队高效沟通；
- 具备较强的行业研究、产品规划和结构化思考能力，能够形成独立判断；
- 具备复杂产品或多产品线的横向协同经验，以及优秀的沟通和项目推动能力；
- 自驱力和学习能力强，愿意持续探索 AI 与协同办公结合的新机会。 候选人未来可能会参与知识智能的产品规划建设，横向来看各AI产品的结合与落地。
