## Job description

岗位职责
- 负责巴西市场服务治理体系建设，围绕用户体验优化服务策略、售后流程及产品链路；
- 聚焦退款、取消、慢单、缺餐、配送异常等核心场景，制定治理方案并推动落地；
- 基于 VOC、CS、NPS、App Review 等数据，分析用户痛点并输出优化策略；
- 联动产品、客服、物流、商家等上下游团队，推动跨部门协同与项目落地；
- 推动自主服务、人工客服、智能客服等服务产品运营与体验优化；

### 建立并持续优化服务治理指标体系，包括
- CSAT/NPS、投诉率、Refund Cost、SLA、用户留存等；
- 负责服务体验分析，持续监控行业策略与市场动态。 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备 5–10年互联网、电商、本地生活、即时配送等行业经验；
- 有服务治理、用户体验、客服运营、服务产品运营或用户运营相关背景；
- 具备较强的数据分析与结构化思考能力，能够独立完成问题定位与策略设计；熟悉 SQL、Power BI 等分析工具；
- 具备跨部门复杂项目推动经验与较强沟通协调能力；
- 熟悉用户体验指标体系及服务运营逻辑；
- 有国际化或拉美市场经验优先；
- 英语流利，葡语可作为工作语言。
