## Job description
- 负责快乐猴品牌门店的工程营建项目整体规划、实施与交付，确保项目按时保质完成。
- 统筹门店装修、机电、消防等工程环节，协调设计、施工及供应商资源，控制成本与进度。
- 建立并优化工程营建标准流程与规范，提升门店建设效率与品质一致性。
- 支持新店选址评估，提供工程技术可行性分析与建议。
- 大学本科及以上学历，建筑、工程管理、土木工程等相关专业优先。
- 具备3年以上连锁零售或餐饮行业工程营建管理经验，有完整项目落地经验。
- 熟悉装修施工流程、材料标准及国家相关法规，具备较强的现场管理能力。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力与沟通能力，能适应阶段性出差。
- 加入快速成长的本土品牌，参与全国门店扩张战略，发展空间广阔。
