## Job description

### AI 员工能力搭建与迭代
- 把行政各场景拆解为可落地的能力模块，主导 AI 员工/数字员工的搭建与迭代（如综合型"行政小 M"，及"租赁机器人""招商机器人"等定制化 AI 数字员工）；

### 运维诊断与问题闭环
- 监控 AI 员工运行状态，通过后台日志（trace）定位根因并落地优化，提升响应时效；

### 知识库运营与优化
- 结合高频问题与失败案例补充修正知识，优化匹配逻辑，提升答案召回与精准度；

### 工具方案探索与中台沉淀
- 把重复繁琐的环节用 AI 与系统工具做轻做智能，形成可复用方案，推动数字员工能力中台化沉淀。

### 岗位要求
- 本科及以上，专业不限（计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，或学习与框架性思考能力强的其他专业）；
- 了解 Agent、大模型及提示词/Skill 机制，能看懂后台 trace 调用链；
- 动手能力强、好奇心强，遇到问题能自己查自己试，不怕从 0 开始，能拆解复杂业务流程；

### AI 能力
- 对 AI 应用有浓厚兴趣，能参与数字员工的设计与训练，具备用 AI 重构工作方式的意识（不要求产研背景，重在兴趣与悟性）。

### 优先

有 Agent 搭建/提示词工程/大模型应用/RAG 的实习或作品，掌握 Python 或有 API/脚本经验；有流程梳理、项目管理、CRM 或 AI 工具应用经历；对商业地产、招商运营或供应链有兴趣。
