## Job description
- 负责排班工具的优化与迭代，提升 3PL 运力排班效率与精准度，包括供需评估能力、智能化的排班能力等，确保运力资源的合理分配。
- 骑手活动的设计与改造，围绕运力模式目标设计补贴玩法，并持续迭代补贴策略，提升骑手供给规模与履约稳定性。
- 多运力模式的孵化，包括服务标准更高（履约质量、稳定性）的高端运力模式，以及成本更优的低价运力模式，在体验与成本之间构建多元化的运力供给组合。
- 通过数据分析、A/B 测试、竞争调研，评估各运力模式与活动策略对核心指标（ATA、C准、履约成本、骑手供给）的影响，推动有效方案的规模化复制。
- 本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网/O2O 相关工作经验，有运力管理、排班运营、3PL/物流供应商管理、骑手活动运营经验优先。
- 对数据敏感，具备扎实的数据分析和实验设计能力，能熟练运用 SQL，会 Python 者优先。
- 具备商务合作意识与业务判断力，能与合作方共创共赢方案并拿到结果。
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言，可接受外派/驻外工作。
- 对数据敏感，具备扎实的数据分析和实验设计能力，能熟练运用 SQL，会 Python 者优先。
- 具备商务合作意识与业务判断力，能与合作方共创共赢方案并拿到结果。
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言，可接受外派/驻外工作。
