Responsible for wafer outsourcing, capacity management, and cost negotiation, including:

### Competitive Price
- RFQ, price negotiation, cost prediction, cost reduction initiatives, CA.

### Capacity
- long-term reservation, short-term fulfillment, acting as a bridge for internal and external parties to reach goals.

### Contract
- NDA and short-term agreements.
- Project management (e.g. procurement system, supply allocation) #LI-JK1
