## Job description
- New Product risk assessment for automotive applications.
- Quality and reliability management for new product/technology introduction, including component level and board level reliability qualification. Experience in SiP module qualification is a plus
- Electrical and physical analysis for qualification failures
- Engagement with automotive customers on new product reliability concerns
- Automotive assembly supplier audit and qualification
- OSAT supplier quality and reliability management (quality incident handling, PCN, regular audits, scorecards, quality improvement projects, etc.)
