## Job description

- End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead customer SW programs from design-win through Mass Production (MP), tracking schedules and negotiating requirement changes as they arise.

### Strategic Technical Communication
- Lead technical communication and requirement definition through customer meetings and site visits, responding to technical queries promptly.

### Deliverable Management
- Plan and manage customer deliverables, including SW package planning and quality, with internal project teams.

### Issue Tracking & Resolution
- Manage customer support accounts and coordinate issue tracking and assignment across internal teams.

### Stakeholder Management
- Maintain and develop relationships with customer project stakeholders and decision-makers, while collaborating with internal teams and Sales to identify new business opportunities.

### Market & Product Insight
- Share the latest customer information with internal teams and maintain knowledge of product specs, market trends, and customer requirements. #LI-NOPOST
