## Job description

### Hardware/Software co-design
- Participate in early-stage chip spec. or hardware system definition, providing optimization recommendations from a FW perspective.

### Core Technical breakthroughs
- Author core POC code and resolve complex system-level bottlenecks, serve race conditions, or hard to reproduce HW compatibility issues.

### Technical leadership
- Establish FW development guidelines, mentor senior engineers to elevate the team overall arch. mindset and technical execution. #LI-AMY
