## Job description

### Bank Loan Documentation & Contract Management
- Organize bank loan facility renewal/extension documents and track contract expiry and renewal progress.

### Bank Liaison & Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact between Finance, Legal, and banks, tracking contract execution progress.

### Compliance & Internal Control Support
- Ensure renewal documents are properly filed, and that bank loan contract terms comply with regulatory requirements and internal approval processes. #LI-AMY
