Prepare, analyze, and audit compensation and benefits data, reports, and dashboards. Support annual merit, base pay, and bonus processes, ensuring alignment with policy. Partner with global HR teams, Finance, IT, HRIS, Internal Audit, and external vendors. Participate in compensation surveys, job matching, market analysis, and pay range reviews. Support job evaluation, grading, and related documentation. Ensure SAP, Reward, MySuccess, and related systems meet compensation and benefits process needs. Support system testing, implementation, process documentation, and user guidance. Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize compensation and benefits processes. Provide analysis and recommendations to support reward-related business decisions. ### CANDIDATE PROFILE Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field. Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, reward, or an analytical role with strong data focus. Fluent English language knowledge. Strong skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and working with complex datasets. Good understanding of compensation processes, benefits, job evaluation, grading, and organizational structures. Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems such as SAP, MySuccess, Reward, or similar. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline. Ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with compensation surveys, market data, process improvement, or benefits plans would be an advantage. ### Compensation starting from PLN 115 710 pln gross per year. Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees. Eligible roles may also participate in one of McCormick’s Bonus Plans.
