Title and Summary Senior Analyst, Customer Onboarding and Partnership Overview - Emerging Data Signals is a global group within Mastercard dedicated to the delivery of new innovative solutions in the Open Finance and digital space. Role The successful candidate would be responsible for: - Leading technical solution design and architecture discussions with customers. - Driving customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities. - Ensuring solutions comply with Mastercard standards, best practices, and governance processes. - Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution scope. - Establishing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Coordinating execution across commercial, product, and engineering teams. - Mentoring and developing junior team members. All ### About You - Strong Java development and object-oriented design expertise. - Understanding of modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, NPM, or Webpack. - Strong software architecture and solution design capabilities. - Experience integrating APIs and SDKs into customer solutions. - Payments, commerce, or financial services experience is highly desirable. - Proven experience leading customer implementations. - Ability to bridge business and technical discussions. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Experience creating repeatable processes, standards, and documentation. - Coaching and mentoring capabilities. - Customer-focused and implementation-oriented. - Highly driven with a pragmatic approach to execution. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving mindset. - Alignment with Mastercard values and collaborative culture.
