Title and Summary Senior Software Engineer (Database Developer) ### Job Description Summary Overview We are seeking a Software Engineer (Oracle Developer) to join our engineering organisation based in Pune. This role operates within a globally distributed delivery model, partnering closely with established onshore teams to deliver and maintain high-availability, mission-critical systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing evolution and stability of key payment platforms within a scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. Role The Software Engineer will be responsible for: ### Agile Delivery (SAFe Framework) - Working within an established Scrum team aligned to SAFe, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. ### Distributed Team Collaboration - Collaborating closely with onshore engineering teams to deliver features, resolve defects, and ensure seamless integration across the delivery lifecycle. ### Application Development & Maintenance - Designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across a multi-technology stack. ### Production Support & Reliability - Supporting critical live systems, ensuring performance, resilience, and adherence to enterprise standards and controls. ### Continuous Improvement - Contributing to engineering best practices, automation, and process enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and quality. All ### About You We are looking for a technically strong and collaborative Software Engineer who thrives in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
