## Job description

### Job Purpose

To assess and approve/recommend retail lending applications in accordance with the Bank's Credit Policy, Risk Acceptance Criteria, Product Program Guide, regulatory requirements, and delegated lending authority while maintaining an appropriate balance between portfolio growth and credit quality. Key Result Areas Preparation and management of MIS, portfolio monitoring, and management reporting. Supporting Credit Policy implementation, maintenance, and digital journey configuration/coding.

Managing Credit Bureau reporting and reconciliation activities. Preparing and coordinating SBP regulatory reporting requirements. Acting as a key liaison between Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Analytics, and external stakeholders for journey implementation, policy changes, and process enhancements. Supporting UAT, process automation initiatives, change requests, and ongoing optimization of digital credit journeys.

Maintaining process documentation, governance requirements, controls, and audit readiness. Providing operational support for new product launches while ensuring adherence to policy and regulatory requirements. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Qualifications Competency
- Bachelor's degree, Masters Preferred.
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail Experience
- Risk awareness
- 4–6 years in Retail Credit (Underwriting, Analytics, Policy)
- Decision making
- Experience in Credit Cards and Personal Loans
- Integrity
- Experience with automated decision engines preferred
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of Credit Bureau assessment
- Time management
- Digital banking experience preferred.
- Bureau and SBP Reporting

### Technical Skills
- Analytics
- Financial analysis
- Credit risk assessment
- Credit bureau interpretation
- Fraud awareness, Loan Origination Systems and Decision Engines
