## Job description

The role manages mortgage registrations, settlements, and mortgage releases through government and regulatory platforms, ensuring smooth execution of customer requests and adherence to bank and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the officer supports MIS reporting, risk and control monitoring, audit requirements, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience.

Given the complexity of retail lending operations, regulatory obligations, and increasing digitization efforts, this role is essential for maintaining operational excellence, risk management, and customer satisfaction within Retail Credit Operations
