## Job description

Own the end-to-end downstream onboarding journey including account fulfillment, activation and funding for SME’s Partner with stakeholders including operations, compliance etc. to drive operational efficiencies, reducing activation TAT etc. Drive customer communications with omni-channel approach to reach customers for additional for customer dependencies (pending docs, info.) Manage the stationery inventory and closely track the activation rates, STP%, activation backlog etc.
- Work with Operations / compliance to process case and reduce backlogs
- Engage and influence senior management and major stakeholders for buy-in and support on key initiatives
- Manage a team of Virtual relationship managers in KLI to achieve results

## Responsibilities

A rigorous, data- driven, and highly analytical mindset proven track record of growing, scaling the business KPIs Advanced understanding of optimizing and improving customer journey Experience of leading and working with cross functional teams to deliver common objectives

## Qualifications

Degree in Marketing or related field with 10-15 years’ experience Experience in in banking / financial industry with focus on customer acquisition, strategy, design, implementation etc.
