The person in the role will act as the Techno-Functional Expert in afore-mentioned products and impacted functions in surround applications. The role will have a range of responsibilities from analyzing the technical requirements, understanding of the infrastructure, performing product deployments to ensuring that Mashreq stays on the leading edge of technology. He/She will be expected to contribute across the full technology stack, front to back for the platform. He/ She will be required to be part of cross-functional team and interact with Product Owner, Product Managers, Product Testers etc. ## Responsibilities - Subject Matter expert of the OBVAM, OBP and OBLM with strong domain knowledge of Liquidity Management and Virtual Account Management - Work in partnership with GTB Product Owners, Business Analyst, and other Technology teams. - Should be able to understand Business requirements and translate this to vendor specific documents. - Analyze System issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis and actively participate in decision for issues prioritization. - Coordinate with vendor on Issues/ Defect Resolution. - Support all testing phases and relevant documents (Strategy, Scenarios, Test Data) -SIT, Regressions, Performance tuning and integrations. - Perform Impact assessments of Change Request on Implemented product and facilitate Production deployments. - Coordinate product testing and training for Business & Operations users.
