Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for outgoing shipments. Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock audits. Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or deterioration. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material needs and discrepancies. Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) or other inventory software. ### Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification may be required). Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods. ### Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse or production setting. May involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical activity.
