El objetivo de esta posición es generar retención y aumentar los ingresos a través de estrategias de expansión y renovaciones, Contamos contigo para: Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de retención y expansión de ingresos, enfocadas en clientes actuales y potenciales. Gestionar negociaciones y renovaciones de contratos, garantizando la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes. Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes y socios, asegurando una comunicación eficaz y ágil. Identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar referidos de nuevos clientes para impulsar el crecimiento de los ingresos. ### Lo que necesitas tener Bilingüe English Trabajar con tablas dinámicas Experiencia en gestión de cuentas o relacionamiento con clientes en Beneficios (Gastos Médicos Mayores, Vida, Dental, etc) Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relacionamiento interpersonal para interactuar con clientes y socios Interés por un aprendizaje continuo.
