Ne dorim un viitor coleg care să poată oferi informații și suport în procesul de soluționare a dosarelor de daună. Rolul este în București și presupune prezență fizică la birou minimum 3 zile pe săptămână. ### Ce ne dorim de la tine Studii medii finalizate sau studii universitare; Experiență de minimum 1 an în call center sau în interacțiunea cu clienții; Cunoștințe foarte bune de limba română, atât scris, cât și vorbit; Cunoștințe de limba engleză la nivel mediu; Cunoștințe de Microsoft Office; Aptitudini excelente de comunicare și negociere; Atenție la detalii, spirit de echipă și bune abilități de organizare; O atitudine proactivă, perseverență și dorința de a învăța lucruri noi; Familiaritate cu sistemele AI și deschidere spre utilizarea acestora; Interes pentru tehnologie și pentru îmbunătățirea proceselor de lucru; Responsabilitățile tale: Împreună cu ceilalți colegi din echipă, te vei ocupa de administrarea daunelor pentru telefoane mobile și alte aparate electronice, prin: Preluarea și efectuarea de apeluri, precum și oferirea informațiilor necesare în vederea soluționării dosarelor deschise; Desfășurarea activităților administrative privind daunele înregistrate; Înregistrarea în sistem a daunelor avizate de clienți; Recepționarea, verificarea și arhivarea documentelor; Primirea și redactarea corespondenței (e-mailuri); Pregătirea rapoartelor și a prezentărilor solicitate de client; De ce să te alături echipei noastre?
