This role will be based in Korea. We will count on you to: Talent & Reward HR System / Program Design - Lead and/or deliver HR system design projects Support Talent/Reward-related program design - Conduct benchmarking and market practices research of leading companies (incl. large enterprises and tech companies) and translate insights into practical client recommendations. ### Organization, Culture & Change - Support organization transformation and change management initiatives - Contribute to workforce planning / workforce sizing analyses and recommendations/ Project Delivery & Client Support Commensurate with experience, serves as a day-to-day client contact for project areas including data requests and data management. Lead internal team meetings (set agendas, take notes, execute most action items afterwards). Own key workstreams and deliverables Coordinate effectively with global/overseas offices and multi-country teams Support proposal and business development activities (not required, but valued), including research, drafting, and SOW/engagement letter inputs. What you need to have: 5+ years of relevant experience in HR consulting or in-house HR (preferably project-driven environment) Solid experience in HR system/program design (e.g., job/grade, performance, promotion, evaluation, compensation) with strong analytical capability. Demonstrated exposure to Rewards/Talent/Organization topics Experience in cross-border HRDD and/or PMI is preferred.
