Binnen een internationale en inhoudelijk sterke omgeving werk je samen met collega’s uit Europa en daarbuiten aan maatwerkoplossingen voor een brede en diverse klantenportefeuille. Wij zoeken een Senior Broker Marine Hull die zelfstandig complexe dossiers kan beheren, commerciële kansen weet te signaleren en sterk is in het opbouwen van duurzame relaties met klanten en verzekeraars. Wat je gaat doen Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van een bestaande portefeuille met complexe nationale en internationale dossiers; Adviseren van klanten over Marine Hull-gerelateerde verzekerings- en risicovraagstukken; Onderhandelen met verzekeraars en begeleiden van placements, renewals en nieuwe verzekeringen; Uitwerken en presenteren van verlengingsvoorstellen en commerciële kansen; Opstellen en analyseren van rapportages en klantgerichte aanbevelingen; Fungeren als sparringpartner voor klanten, verzekeraars en interne stakeholders; Kennis delen en minder ervaren collega’s ondersteunen waar nodig. Jouw profiel Aantoonbare ervaring binnen Marine, Hull of transportverzekeringen; Sterk analytisch, commercieel en resultaatgericht; Zelfstandig, proactief en gewend om te werken in een dynamische omgeving; Goede communicator en een overtuigende gesprekspartner voor klanten en verzekeraars; Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift; In het bezit van Wft Schade Zakelijk, of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen.
