This role can be based in any US office location. Marsh manages one in four captives worldwide and is the most chosen captive partner, offering unmatched experience, expertise, and resources. Our specialists work with your organization to design captive programs aligned with your strategic and financial goals, leveraging industry-leading analytics to assess needs, provide recommendations, and quantify the benefits of captive insurance both now and in the future. We will count on you to: Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and promote internal efficiencies. Provide support and guidance to account managers and other team members on regulatory compliance matters. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to regulatory filings and compliance. Helps Account Manager preparing the financial statements for a portfolio of accounts. Assists Account Manager with ongoing client service issues to improve the client experience. What you need to have: Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field. Proficient in MS Office. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. ### What makes you stand out Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
