You work closely with the Valet Parking Team to ensure guest satisfaction at all times while upholding McKibbon’s standards of service and professionalism. You play a key role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive. Your day includes: Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintaining full knowledge of essential hotel information, including: Hotel features, services, and hours of operation Room rates, special packages, and promotions Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures Scheduled group activities and events Greeting all guests upon arrival or departure—whether by car, shuttle, or on foot. Assisting with luggage as needed to support a smooth arrival experience. Parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
