This position ensures guests receive outstanding service, team members perform at the highest level, and hotel standards are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment, enjoys interacting with guests, and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality. ### Essential Responsibilities - Supervise daily Front Desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards - Lead, coach, and support Front Desk Agents to achieve service and performance goals - Assist with guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and special requests - Resolve guest concerns and service recovery opportunities professionally and efficiently - Ensure compliance with Marriott, Crescent Hotels & Resorts, and hotel operating standards - Monitor room inventory, occupancy levels, and guest preferences - Assist with training, scheduling, and development of Front Desk team members - Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and audit compliance - Maintain communication with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments Support VIP arrivals, group arrivals, and special events - Promote hotel amenities, outlets, and guest experiences to enhance satisfaction and revenue ### Qualifications - Minimum one year of Front Desk, Guest Services, or hospitality supervisory experience preferred Hotel or resort experience strongly preferred Marriott experience preferred but not required - Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills - Ability to resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office - Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays ### Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds - Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment Why Join The Luce Hotel?
