This key role is dedicated to maintaining a safe, secure environment for guests and associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to: Inspire greatness in your team. Encourage and support team members to reach their full potential. Care for your team and their families. ### Responsibilities Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of security officers to uphold safety and order across the property. Create and manage schedules, balancing hotel operational needs with productivity and coverage goals. Conduct regular property walkthroughs and surveillance to identify and mitigate potential security threats or suspicious activity. Lead the hotel’s safety committee, enforce OSHA compliance, and oversee all safety protocols. Develop and implement safety incentive programs and ongoing training initiatives to promote a culture of safety. Investigate incidents such as accidents, thefts, and property loss, preparing detailed reports and ensuring proper follow-up. Review incoming security-related correspondence and disseminate critical information to relevant staff members. Coordinate routine safety inspections and collaborate with security personnel to maintain high safety standards. ### Qualifications Proven experience in security leadership within a hotel, corporate, or similar environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures. Effective leadership and team development skills with an emphasis on training and motivation. Excellent observational skills, problem-solving abilities, and report writing proficiency.
