The role participates in system enhancements and cross-functional projects, manages compensation and provident fund activities, validates operational reports, processes distribution-related transactions, and responds to inquiries from agents and internal departments. The position also identifies opportunities to automate processes, strengthen controls, and improve service delivery. ### Position Responsibilities - Participate in UAMS system enhancements and related projects by providing operational input, Prepare, validate, and record MIMPH commission entries accurately and within established processing - Identify and implement process automation and efficiency improvements that reduce manual Enhance GROUP and ASI1 processes and support the timely and accurate payment of agent - Administer the Agents Provident Fund, including transaction processing, record maintenance, Validate daily CRR reports, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate the prompt correction - Respond to inquiries from agents and internal departments, providing accurate information - Prepare and issue annual Provident Fund Statements of Account, ensuring completeness and Perform the monthly ERH computation and complete the required validation, documentation. Record loan deductions accurately, maintain supporting records, and resolve discrepancies Conduct eSOA discussions and provide clear guidance to agents on how to read, interpret, and Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or arelated field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Experience in operations, compensation administration, financial transaction processing, reporting,or a comparable support function. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with operational systems, reconciliations, datavalidation, and process documentation. Experience supporting process improvement, automation, system testing, or enhancement projects is an advantage.
