Help shape the future you want to see — and discover that better can take you anywhere you want to go. ### JOB DESCRIPTION Strategic leadership of an Operations group with focus on creating an efficient organization that delivers "World Class" service to our clients while mitigating risk to the firm. ### Individual Responsibilities - Day to day strategic leadership of all functions within operations - Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations - Actively review business metrics and results - Actively review and implement workflow process improvements - Develop and growth management pool - Lead department and enterprise level projects and initiatives ### Other duties as assigned Shared Responsibilities - Partner with other Operations Team members to implement changes and to ensure a positive client experience Job Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree Preferred - 2-5 years management experience - 5-10 years industry experience - Strong Knowledge of financial services industry and/or regulations - Demonstrated passion for providing client centric solutions - Demonstrated leadership ability and presence - Ability to develop partnerships and gain consensus - Ability to manage and implement complex projects - Strong Analytical and risk assessment skills ### Attention to detail Decision Authorities - Manage project budgets At Manulife/John Hancock, we embrace our diversity.
