You'll focus on evolving our assurance practices, standardizing procedures, and ensuring compliance with global information risk management standards. ### Responsibilities Collaborate with teams to identify control improvements and develop corrective action plans. Conduct assurance activities across technology and cybersecurity domains. Drive standardization of assurance processes to enhance efficiency. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and business units. Stay abreast of evolving information and technology risks, regulations, and compliance requirements. Manage multiple assurance projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. ### Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security or technology risk management within a large enterprise. Familiarity with technology and cybersecurity controls. Experience in risk advisory consulting and analyzing complex data sets. Strong communication, consulting, and report-writing skills. Ability to quickly grasp business processes and their risk implications. ### Preferred Qualifications Degree in Information Security or a related field is preferred. Referenced Salary Location Toronto, Ontario Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $113,000.00 CAD - $163,000.00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
