If this sounds like you, and the career below sounds exciting, we’d like to hear from you Position Responsibilities: - Assist in the development of new products/product enhancements that are customer centric and competitive to give Manulife the winning edge to grow the business with focus on protection, health, digital and other product initiatives Preparation of product materials and ensure accuracy and compliance to applicable guidelines To conduct Product Risk Assessment and compliance checklist for new product launches and ensure that key product risks are recorded with actions for mitigation - Prepare product test plans and execute UAT in accordance to the approved test plan for new/enhance products and obtain signoff for the relevant documents and materials as per timeline - Support development timeline, ensuring that internal and external partners know and adhere to timelines To perform regular (monthly or other frequency agreed upon) competitor product scan and review process to be log under competitor product library. - Provide support distribution / other stakeholders in product related matters Be aware of the development in the industry and provide analysis of key findings Preparation and presentation of new product business case for Product Committee’s approval - Prepare product training slides ​ Required Qualifications: Degree holder with 2 to 3 years’ experience in the life insurance/ Takaful product development and/or pricing area Well verse with relevant industry guidelines and regulatory requirements - Strong communication skills Analytical thinking Experience in product launches and product development Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Takaful product development and pricing.
