Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling. ### Job Responsibilities Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Assamstadt suchen wir für sofort einen Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/x) im Schichtbetrieb: Aufgabenschwerpunkte / Inhalte der Position: Mitarbeiterfeinplanung und Schichteinteilung durchführen Kennzahlen und Ziele im Verantwortungsbereich (z. B. Polyvalenz) am Bereichsboard pflegen Einhaltung der Standards (z. B. APA) im eigenen Bereich sicherstellen Assessments durchführen Festgestellte wiederkehrende Störungen beheben Fachliche Arbeiten im Bereich durchführen Verwalten der Läger (Einlagerung, Kommissionierung etc. incl. Korrekturmaßnahmen und Bestandskontrolle) Mitwirken bei Optimierungsmaßnahmen Führen von Mitarbeitern (incl. Durchführung von Mitarbeiterentwicklungsgesprächen und Leistungsbeurteilungen) Qualifikation / Anforderungen: Befähigungsnachweis für Flurförderzeuge (Staplerschein) & PKW-Führerschein Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik Kenntnisse der eingesetzten EDV-Systemen (z.B.
