### Job Responsibilities

Für den Standort Wuppertal suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen HR Manager (m/w/x)

### Aufgabenschwerpunkte

Strategische und operative Führung für den Bereich Personal mit fachlicher und disziplinarischer Personalverantwortung Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HR-Strategien zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Arbeitsabläufe zur Effizienzsteigerung, inkl. der Weiterentwicklung des Kennzahlensystems Beratung von Führungskräften zu verschiedenen Themen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen Bedarfsgerechte Steuerung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses sowie Förderung von Talent- und Nachfolgeplanung Zielgerichtete Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Belegschaft Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien Förderung der Magna Unternehmenskultur sowie der Grundsätze des Verhaltens- und Ethikkodex Begleitung von Organisationsveränderungen und kulturellen Transformationsprozessen Ansprechpartner gegenüber dem Gremium der Arbeitnehmervertretung sowie externen Partnern Budgetplanung und Kostenverantwortung nach Maßgabe der Geschäftsführung für den direkt zugeordneten Bereich sowie Mitwirkung und ggf.

Durchführung bei Verbesserungsprojekten (CIP) Analyse von HR-Daten zur Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Optimierungen Qualifikation / Anforderungen: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in der Automobilzulieferindustrie oder Produktion Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in modernen HR-Instrumenten.

Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen. Hohe Eigeninitiative, strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität Interkulturelle & soziale Kompetenz sowie Teamfähigkeit Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
