German and/or Hungarian language skills will be an advantage - Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives - Ability to empower others to achieve results through motivation, recognition and performance feedback - Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations - Ability to recognize, respond to customer expectations with sense of urgency and even increase expectations - Ability to take actions, decisions & to generate ideas, products, processes in promised timely manner; involvement in designs or other work requiring creative imagination - Ability to take full responsibility for decisions & results even when all elements are not under individual direct control - Ability to set goals in consistency with company objectives and to adapt plans to changing environment - Ability to identify and eliminate health, safety, ergonomic and environmental hazards in workplace Education and Experience: Apprenticeship as electrician or degree in electronic engineering At least - 2 years work experience as electronic engineer or 5 years work experience as electrician Special knowledge: electronic CAD, EDP, good SES skills Siemens S7 PLC systems programming Robot programming knowledge (Kuka or Fanuc is preferred) ### Duties and responsibilities - In addition to the above mentioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined - Draw up electronic documentation and updates them - Obtain offers - Visualize production facilities - Create programs for devices and machines - Maintain hardware and software - Program robots - The employee must be fully aware of the customer and customer specific quality requirements. - Writes specifications of PLC strategy for devices and machines - Benchmarks PLC equipment and systems Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
