Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain. ### Job Responsibilities Objetivo de la posición: Planificar, optimizar, y agilizar la compra, contratación y locación de bienes y servicios de insumos y para cumplir con las actividades de acordadas por el equipo de PC&L, obteniendo las mejores condiciones de calidad y precio. ### Conocimientos Indispensable Experiencia en manejo SAP, Conocimiento de proveedores de mercado nacional y extranjero, Experiencia comercial con proveedores, Conocimiento de Estructuras de costos. ### Experiencia Experiencia mínima 2 años en puesto similar, dentro de la industria automotriz. ### Habilidades - Liderazgo - Gestión de Proyectos - Trato con la Gente - Trabajo en Equipo Trabajo bajo objetivos de tiempos definidos Requisitos: - Conocimiento de cadena de suministros. - Ingles (Habilidades Escritas y Orales). - Conocimiento en reclamos y aplicación de garantías. - Compra de refacciones con Min/Max - Experiencia en políticas de compra y manejo de presupuestos. - Saber elaborar Contratos y documentos legales a usar para contratar nuevos proveedores. - Conocimiento y/o Experiencia en la compra de activos fijos. - Alta Capacidad de Análisis para resolver problemas complejos. - Toma de decisiones basado en evidencia objetiva. - Habilidades Administrativas. - Dominio del paquete Office. - Conocimientos de IATF16949/ISO9001 - Dominio de requerimientos específicos del cliente (según el proyecto que aplique). - Kardex sin incidencias. - Mínimo 2 años de antigüedad en la empresa. ### Escolaridad - Ingeniería Industrial / Licenciado en Administración de Empresas /Comercio Internacional con título y cédula profesional con título y cédula profesional. - Licenciatura en Ingeniería de preferencia o carrera afín al puesto con título y cédula profesional. ### Awareness, Unity, Empowerment At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
